Solid but crashes
Very great app, has fixed my swing substantially, but it crashed quite often especially when trying to render more features inside the app. Really hope there’s a solution to that

Tried to get in contact with customer support by email on 6/22/26. In the email return it says someone from their support team will reach out 1 to 2 business days. Have heard nothing from them and it’s almost August.

I just downloaded this app and started using it. Uploaded front facing and down-the-line videos for analysis. It provided helpful tips but it crashed every time. Not sure if I’ll get it after the free trial period because of that.

I heard good things about this app and downloaded it. I entered my phone. Got a code entered it then went and entered my full name and preferred name and that all I can do. The keyboard blocks the next button! Ridiculous for this to be a problem! How can you not test this?!? Is it a font size? I don’t know but geez!

Can’t log in, iOS keypad blocks the button
I cant log in and use this thing on my ipad, the keypad blocks the button to accept the dual factor code entry.
App constantly crashes now
Not sure what happened but as soon as they added the AI voiceover on video uploads, the app constantly freezes and crashes. Often the app won’t open until you force close several times. Really disappointing. Also wish you could compare your swing to a specific pro that has a closer swing to yours. I cancelled my subscription

I got the trial for this and had successfully canceled the trial and they charged me $119. Stay away, criminal behavior.
Frequent App Crashes
The app crashes ALL THE TIME. No matter what you are doing in the app, there is risk of it crashing. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is that it did help me improve my swing on the first day I used it as a beginner. However, 100% of the time, the “Personal Video Lessons” crash the app. At first the personal video lessons get stuck “processing” and then the app consistently crashes. Will likely cancel after the free 7 day trial and look for another app with swing analysis.

Works but close to being a scam given the lack of support with customer service
I want to love this app. However the support I have gotten from the company is awful. Their customer service email doesn't work. They are quick to take your money however. Also they charge you extra for the ability to share access but no clear way on how to do that. Garbage

App crashes during personal lessons
The swing analysis works great but when I try to use the personal lesson feature the app crashes. Not worth paying for if the app doesn’t work properly.
Horrible app
At first, when I got the app, I thought it was really useful and good but then I realized how often it miss reads everything and then I started paying the subscription for it to see if it would get better and then about two weeks later I tried to upload a video from my last one and it wouldn’t load a video at all and would get stuck at 99% rather than tell me what I was doing wrong overall horrible app and the developers pay no attention to it
