Internet problem
So its a great app great format and all my only issue is that whenever i try to sign in it says i have a network problem which isn’t true because at the time of writing this i tried it again with full bars and it still gave me that notification. If that could be straighten out id easily give it 5 stars. Great app other than that

Unable to Login
I just downloaded the app and even though I went through the process of creating my profile it won’t allow me to login. I’ve tried deleting the app and even created a different account. I still can’t login.

Wow, this app has really improved over the last 12 months! Simple interface, and clean design. The custom workout feature gives you a training plan based on your fitness goals and fitness level. I found it challenging but I could feel a difference after 7 days.
Not work
I created a custom workout and then all the workouts I put on there disappeared and were not on there. The the plan workout that say 17 mins have 2 workouts on them and definitely do not take 17 minutes to do. The app is broken. It is it just me?

I was first excited to see this app. Seeing how everything was FREE! But NO, if you want the advanced programs, you need to pay. Surprise surprise.....
Naysayers need to shut their coffee coolers
I threw this plus a dozen other body weight workout apps onto my Samsung tablet roughly 2 years ago and methodically whittled them down to one app-this one! I’m a die hard fan of this app because it’s the one that was most effective for me back when I first turned my life around. I haven’t looked back and I’ve got no regrets. It does what it says, and it does what it does well. That tablet is now obsolete, so my new phone gets another app- this app, and I couldn’t be happier. To the developers-Cheers!!
