I have been ordering from Sparta’s through DoorDash for about a year. Today, I could not find them in the app any longer. So, I tried this app. The times given by it were over 30 minutes shorter than the actual delivery time. Then, at about the delivery time the order status changed to completed. I called the restaurant about 20 minutes later, when I still had not received my delivery. The woman who answered the phone was clueless. Finally, she said, “Oh, ya. It’s sitting right here waiting for DoorDash to pick it up.” She did not seem to care at all. Yet another 15 minutes later, I received a text from DoorDash saying that they driver is there waiting to pick it up. It took another 10 minutes to arrive, at which point it was lukewarm. The delivery driver did not follow the instructions for contactless delivery. This is the worst delivery experience I’ve had ever!! (This is even worse than when part of my orders were missed and not delivered. DoorDash was wonderful about giving a quick credit.) I can find no way to contact anyone about anything...only the store’s phone number and they have already been far less than helpful.
