Just a couple notes
-Would love a reschedule option instead of having to completely cancel and then make a whole new appt
-would be nice for add-ons to be an option while booking (before we click submit) instead of after, having to make an additional booking for just an add on or call to add feels inconvenient
-being able to book multiple appts at a time would be nice (I often get a facial and back facial at the same time) bc having to book them one by one is tedious
Other than that, I think this app eats. ☺️

app: one step forward, two steps back
LOVE that you finally added being able to filter by staff
HATE that I now have to click EVERY SINGLE DAY to see of there is availability.
This is worse. Take away filtering by staff if need to and add back a way to being able to see availability for more than just a day at a time. If the day I want has no availability, clicking every single day to FIND availability is infuriating! Especially if you're filtering. Just clicked on 3 weeks worth of days to see if someone was available. They're not. Would have been nice to know before wasting my time.

Terrible App! Seriously.
I love Spavia, the concept, the franchise, the services, everything except the useless app. WHY does the app require a login every single time? There is NO credit card information input so why??? Why can’t they have a facial recognition like every other app? I want to quickly book a service or check the time of my next service and I have to go through a 3 minute process just to access my Home Screen. Absolutely absurd and not user friendly.

Why can’t you save my account info!
Please explain to me why one would have to sign in with their email address and password every single time they want to book an appointment. This is absolutely absurd. You’re not asked to put any contact information in any credit card information in nothing other than an email address, so why would you require that we login every single time this is completely ridiculous.

Why can’t I stay signed in?
There is absolutely no reason why one should have to continually sign in with their email address and password every time one would want to open the app to schedule an appointment. This is a tedious step that is not required yet. This app does not cash this information. why can’t the developers add the functionality to use a fingerprint or face ID just like every other app? There’s absolutely no reason, it isn’t as if credit card information is even stored in the app. It makes absolutely no sense. Also, there should be the ability to rebook the same appointment with the same massage therapist. For example, I’ve seen the same massage therapist and I get the same massage every single month for the past two years yet every single time I want to book an appointment I have to scroll through the entire menu. Why can’t there be a one button rebook? Honestly, these are not major technological advances. These are simple things that every other app offers. If you’re going to run a business and you’re going to offer an app why can’t you do a little bit of research.
