日本以外にいるなら買わない方が良い。
YouTube系の動画はV⭕️Nを使っていても見られない。更に単語練習でボイスを聞いて単語を選択する問題では度々ボイスが出ない事がある。アプリとしてのレベルが低い。peak Chineseの方がその辺りの精度はちゃんとしているのであちらを課金した方が良い。

It requires subscription after I clicked like 2 videos. Also the app can’t set traditional Chinese or simplified. It’s all mixed. The HSK graded reading also seems not quite right. Some readings way beyond the level.

I have multiple paid accounts on different apps for learning chinese and this app is the best so far. Not only it helps with speaking but minute details like grammar and spelling. Simply amazing
Wouldn't recommend
At first I thought it was a good app but everything is behind a paywall despite it being built from AI. Not too mention it’s quite bad for speaking practice as the AI can’t understand. I try to say the sentence it gives me but it messes up the English and Chinese sounds. It can’t even differentiate 吃 and 去 words with different tones and sounds.

Glitchy app that locks up.
The app is an excellent language app. However after a couple weeks of usage with a paid subscription, the app locks up. I’ve reinstalled it and it fails to recognize my subscription. The developers contact website doesn’t look legitimate and the contact email is just a Gmail account. I’ve asked Apple to refund my money. I hope it works.

Whenever I open the app, it gets stuck at the daily check in screen and won’t let me do anything else.

探索 → ビデオ → shadowing で、字幕に表示される中国語の拼音と実際の発音が一致していません。
また、日本語対応がなく、字幕は英語のみです。
さらに一部動画（〇〇ヨンしんちゃん）は“playback on other apps has been disabled by the video owner”と表示され、再生できません。
1年間の有料サブスクリプションを購入しています。
早急な修正を希望します。

In Explore → Video → Shadowing,the pinyin in the subtitles does not match the actual pronunciation.
There is no Japanese support, and subtitles are English only.
Some videos (e.g. “〇〇 Yong Shin-chan”) show“playback on other apps has been disabled by the video owner”and cannot be played.
I have a 1-year paid subscription.
Please fix these issues as soon as possible.

Since leaving my original review that was unfortunately negative. I’ve stuck with the app over a few months and there’s been continued development on the app.
Thought it was unfair of me to keep this negative when I’m using this app regularly.
The practice exams and the audiobooks are my favourite parts of this app. Being able to practice speaking with AI is a plus too, but I wish I could enter a free chat mode without the chat ending after a couple of questions.
