付费订阅后体验差，退款诉求得不到处理

购买订阅服务后，软件实际使用效果和宣传描述差距较大。我先后两次向苹果申请退款，均被驳回。已经发邮件联系App开发者，对方一直没有回复，不处理退款问题。不建议大家盲目付费订阅。

Al principio me pareció genial, después una desepcion, estoy aprendiendo francés y tiene muy muy mala pronunciación, lee las palabras en francés como en español, se supone q está para enseñarme no para q yo corrija a la IA. En fin a seguir probando otra app. Esta no la recomiendo además la prueba semana es paga también!

Issue with the microphone

I’m using the app to learn french. When having a dialogue with the tutor, my responses are not transcribed correctly, whatever answer I give it transcribes it like the phrase “Bon jour”. Even if I get very close to the microphone, it keeps happening. I deleted the app and it keeps happening. This is very frustrating.

Voice recognition problem and slow and unreliable server connection

I paid 40$ for this app. It is very frustrating in distinguishing your voice which is very essential for a language education app. It also disconnects multiple times from its sever and even when it connects, it is very slow to recognize your sentences. I don’t recommend it.

Absolute BS

What a load of tosh! We’re supposed to learn whole paragraphs of French including all of our personal details in French but as a 23 year old girl called Alice and living in Paris when I’m 67 living in the UK! My name is not Alice! WTF?

To clarify, during this specific stage of the course, the AI guides you through a set curriculum with pre-defined content. You are required to read aloud these exact sentences to help master the current vocabulary and grammar concepts. Learning French but App Need Work

Today is my first day with Lingo AI and the more I use it, the more bugs and “odd” sentences that don’t make sense. I was disappointed that the highlighted cartoons giving French lessons in ads for the app are limited. There are a total of 4. The others videos are just a photo with a highlighted dialogue. It looks as if they are still working on it. The good news is I am enjoying the AI tutor, when it makes sense, and the corrections. Hoping the app continues to improve!! Unfortunately, it appears that every AI language app has this bugs right now. Sigh

Actually like the App

Been using this to learn French and I found it actually quite helpful! Compared to most language apps this does a really good job to learn speaking, listening AND grammar together and some related usage. I enjoy it hope it can have Spanish class soon!
