I couldn't find genuine users willing to learn. Everybody were interested chasing for girls and nothing else. It's more of a free dating platform than a learning one.
Be careful. Subscription continues after cancellation.
I cancelled this app through Apple in 2025 and my subscription shows as expired.
However, my credit card continues to be charged monthly by “SP Language Courses / Bright Mobile Apps” outside of Apple billing.
I cannot log into the app because it says my account is deleted, and there is no way to cancel inside the app.
This looks like unauthorized recurring charges.
Please check your bank statements carefully before subscribing.

Very bad networking during conversations
This app is not good , for English learning, because why? During people conversation this app is going bad network issues.
Stuck and cant use app
Cant go ahead of page ‘personalising app settings based on your profile’ cant scroll up and hit continue button, currently showing half button and cant click on it. If app closed and opened again then survey is getting started repeatedly

Definitely I would say it’s best app where we can communicate with real person and also can improve our English.

I accidentally registered and paid for this app, and requested refund and cancellation on the same day. The service team responded that there's no history of register, learning, and payment, insisting I am a victim of scammer and it's different service. I replied with the evidence that shows I am using this app and being able to login, but only I received is the same message. I recommend NOT to pay for this app.

I loved this app but I don’t know why, after one time i open my account will log out and for login ing to my account i have to re download the app. And it will repeat every single time.

Very Disappointed – No Refund, No Response
I accidentally purchased this app and requested a refund within an hour. I have not used the app at all, and I followed all the correct steps. It’s been over a week and still no refund or real response – only automated emails.
This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to paying users. I will be reporting this to Apple and consumer protection. Do not download unless you’re ready to be ignored.
