CHARGE TO CONNECT A NEW Era 300

Charge for an app to connect a new speaker that cost $500! U have to b FK ing kidding me. Add this (zero) to ur annual bonus Mr CEO. Board fire this CEO who only values short term gains!

So glad I tried app before buying speakers

A friend had a system I was going to use before I purchased the speakers.
I don’t know if you need to pay after you buy the speakers or not but it is ridiculous to me to pay money for an app to control speakers that are a bit overpriced in the first place.
Hard pass on Sonos.

Useless and frustrating

Trying to sync two speakers, but such an option is not in the menu. Spammed with multiple ads every few seconds. Impossible to figure out how to even set up because of immediate add spam.

Awful

Came up without me asking for this app and got my CC info. Not the app I was looking for

Didn't even start to use and they want money and good reviews 🤷🏻‍♀️

I just loaded the app up and immediately it asks me to pay before I can try and asks me to review two seconds later... At least let me try it first and give you my money if I like it and then all for reviews for service I find quality. This is not how you win customers and referrals.

Unnecessary app for phone

This is just another opportunity to bill for redundant services already available. Speakers should connect via Bluetooth on hardware without some other gateway to my phone and wallet!

Sneaky

Don't know how this crap got on my phone. No way to get rid of it.

The worst

Can’t connect my iPhone saved and paid for music library without paying Sonos which isn’t going to happen Will buy another product

I don’t really get it…

Alright, I bought this really nice Bluetooth speaker from Harmon Kardon. I have a few thing’s that are controlled with apps, printer, alarm clock, desk lamp, hearing aids, so when I got the speaker I checked for an app. I found this, so I tried it. All it really does is connect to the speaker. I mean I guess you can choose some stuff to play from the app, but my iPhone already does anything this can do, it connects to the speaker and anything I play comes though the speaker. I have iTunes and Netflix, etc… $29.00 a month? I don’t get it.
