App

Useless app. Doesn’t self start

Reduced functionality

I love my Specialized Cirrus. I also love my Brompton. The older version of the app allowed me to track rides on non-Specialized bikes. So why use it now, when any other app will allow me to cross-track?

Love it

Definitely enjoying this app. It keeps track of all my rides with both my e-bikes and road bike. Tells me how I’m doing.

fantastic app

What a shame Specialized decided to “update” its app and in doing so unsupport one of its best safety features. The ANGi crash detector and tracker was a superb bit of kit. Telling nominated people to track you and god forbid you crashed an alert to them and they would know where you were. It also told them when you left and returned. How that was seen as a good upgrade in these times of increased traffic is beyond me. Finally the app only lets you add Specialized bikes… how narrow minded and a bit petty… otherwise app does what it says it does and it’s free.

Quality Product

Superior product all across the board! One of the best bikes on the plant.

Enjoying the rides

App made perfectly and loved overall!

DaveMaker

This is good at reviewing post ride information but useless during your ride.
I get the impression Specialized isn’t really into e-bikes, and definitely get that impression in the bike shop.

Novice Rider

Brand new to cycling for exercise. This app is great for tracking distance speed and time.

Stops tracking

If you receive a phone call, the app stops tracking and does not restart tracking your ride.

Highly functional; well thought out

The app is great! Records my rides, allows me to customize screens, even tracks heart rate via the Apple Watch app. It’s intuitive, it’s reliable…basically everything you could hope for in an app. Amazing work!!

My only feedback for the devs, which amounts to very minor quibbles/requests:
1. Would it be possible to get the map data saved to Apple Health app?
2. I love the idea of auto-start when I turn bike on and start riding, but does this queue the Apple Watch app/ HR sensor? I’ve only tested once and it didn’t seem to…
3. Would be nice to be able edit settings (e.g. screens) without being connected to my bike. I get that settings are bike specific, but maybe you could allow user to select the bike (even while not connected) and then adjust settings? Would be nice for folks like me who keep their bike in the garage.

At any rate, thanks for making such a lovely app. It’s a joy to use!

No longer works with Gen 1 LEVO

With the latest app update (or maybe a bit before that) my gen 1 Turbo Levo FSR no longer shows battery charge level AND the Tune screen is all goofed up and not usable. Other Bluetooth controls do still work. I’ve tried all the usual tricks, disconnecting, restarting, etc. I downloaded the BLEvo app and it works fine. What happened?

Loss of GPS data dropout

Unfortunately, today’s ride resulted in loss of GPS data. This has happened more than once.

Not connect to Garmin

Keep getting error messages everytime I try and connect to Garmin Connect

Reluctant novice

With very limited experience on 2 wheels I purchased Levi comp alloy in 2023 . Very nervous it sat in shed till may 2025, after much persuasion off my husband got up the courage to actually ride it . 1 year later I absolutely love it . Out 2/3 times a week doing 20/30 miles each ride mostly on forestry roads and trails . I would recommend this bike to anyone, it a bit pricey but worth every penny , only negative it is a bit heavy when u have to lift it over gates etc . Dropper seat post is a must have for me , battery range is about 50 /60 miles on full charge. Growing in confidence and fitness , so glad I bought it really enjoying it .

Enregistrement arrêté

Il arrive que l’application arrête d’enregistrer sans action de ma part

Nice app but critical feature was removed

The app is useful but one of the reasons I chose the Vado is the ability to vary power output with heart rate, but this has been removed. If the app still had this feature then I’d give it 5 stars.

Bigger type

Overall like it but I wish it had bigger letters .

Rubbish App

I just have this app to tune my bike. It’s garbage for everything else.

First time user

Great app I wish I knew I could use it for my enduro bike but every ride from now will be logged here
