Won’t connect

The app endlessly syncs to device but never completes. I have contacted customer support multiple times and each time I tried to action their suggestion. This includes restarting the app, phone, device and physically connecting the device to my laptop in order to update the firmware. Yet the app continues to fail to complete the setup process.
