Fantastic developer response
Unfortunately, I had problems with the app and left a two-star review because of it. The developer contacted me (via Apple) stating that there were server problems and that the app should now be working. On testing this, I can confirm it is and that it works perfectly without any problems. These pedals are most definitely worth the price point, and I recommend anyone buy them. Just check the amount of installed grease from the factory before first use.

App stucks at “please wait a moment”
Every time I open the app it is stuck at “please wait a moment” forever
Occasionally, it gets to “checking for updates” after that it still fails to connect and activate my pedal.
Requested support and see if I need to return the pedals. It’s a shame the app works like this.

Great before, worthless now
Not sure what happened but this app was great when I first got my power meter pedals last year. The pedals are still great but now the app seems to be constantly stuck showing “Please wait a moment”. Took 15 minutes before it connected to my pedals but by then the pedals had gone dormant so I had to reconnect and get stuck in the “waiting” phase again. App is on the latest update so it’s not because of being on an outdated version. Sucks because I need the app to put the pedals in travel mode when I’m flying with them.

Simple, even for a senior!
The easiest tech to set up that I’ve ever had. The pedal body is good looking and strong. The cleats slide in and out of the pedal with out thought.
Will buy a set for each bike that I have.
