Terrible app
The only thing this does is take money, it doesn’t update the balance owed correctly, it doesn’t let you put in request, despite having options for them.
App difficulty
This app does not respond when trying to sign in. It does not allow the user to register or to change the password. Why is it so difficult to use?

Examples… the font must be 24 or larger, so large that your whole 6 letter name doesn’t fit on the screen n the screen doesn’t move to let u verify ANYTHING!
Make a payment (mandatory or else HOA sends you letters n threats) isn’t an option cause again, the info to input doesn’t fit n the screen won’t move to allow input.
Did I mention NO CONTACT NUMBER. Yeah, so u bright as well call GhostBusters.

Cannot set up bank information
I assume this is not ready to use app! Fee always charged either pay through credit card or bank account. So much trouble to set up bank account because there is nothing for you to select for the type. I thought I need to update the app, turn out it just not user friendly app. Disappointed! I wish our community not change to this HOA service.

App didn’t work for a while and I was charged administrative fee for late fee from my HOA, because it I couldn’t add my payment method

My experience with the HOA has been very frustrating. It feels like there is excessive attention to minor exterior details and constant attempts to issue violations or extra charges for the smallest things. As a homeowner, you would expect more support and practical solutions instead of constant pressure over minor cosmetic issues. Sometimes it feels like the HOA has more control over the property than the actual homeowner.

The wheel just spins and no connection to the platform. How a business that should have availability to accept payments on their platform has a platform that’s not working is bewildering.
This is what my HOA dues pay for?
The user experience and functionality are awful. Slow, outdated, confusing, glitchy. It’s a wonder my payments go through at all.

The app does not allow me to sign in. Gives me a message in computer code. Fix it please.

pointless
I registered for my account, with my information but it never led me to create an account password, I have a payment due but I can’t even access my own account because 1. I can’t reregister 2. can’t”Forget Password” because I never had one in the first place. This seriously needs to be resolved, because I am not able to find solutions which means the app sucks.

Very difficult to use and understand. Especially for payments

Spent tons of time trying to do a property improvement request and the app keeps directing me to download the very same app that I’m using!!! So stupid!!!

Poorly made app and website
Trying to pay my HOA and it’s super glitchy and some of the buttons don’t even work. Bad UI. And I can’t quick pay with a credit card?

Cannot move forward with forgot password. Register closes app. Giving up.

With accessibility options enabled, the options do not fit on the screen. The App is not usable.
Doesn’t work
There’s a menu but none of the items are selectable - it offers “next” and “continue” and both just advance the screen to the next

The app is unusable but of course HOAs require it to be used. They could at least make an app that wasn’t on par with apps made for the iPhone 3 in 2010. It has pop up m messages about disability access that block the entire screen and you can’t close them or see what you are trying to do and half the buttons don’t work. I had to close th app and reopen it multiple times just to fumble my way through this pile of complete garbage.
