The learning is great but not the app
My kid loves the app and has learned from it but the actual app keeps freezing my devices.

I downloaded to do a trial for my kid last week, and have tried to undo it because I don’t want the ongoing app. The app nor online would let me cancel. Neither does the subscription page on Apple because the app does not appear there. So I have been charge $15 because it won’t let me cancel. I’ve reached out via email, but I doubt I’ll hear something back. Has not help improved my child’s speech. Would not recommend.

App is alright, support is terrible
App is ok, kiddo likes playing the games. Their support is terrible. Received an email offering a lifetime subscription for $40, but the link didn’t work. Reached out to support who didn’t look at the marketing email sent, wouldn’t apply the promotion and kept coming up with various excuses; you can only do this for a new account (subject line was “anniversary”), you can’t do this if you subscribe through the App Store, here’s a $30 monthly subscription… definitely not worth the price.

My baby loves it
Only because the free version requires videos to be watched for my 2 year old to keep learning! We love the app just unable to spend money we don’t have. Even with it so cheap I can’t be on a subscription I’ll lose track of. (Also love the screen lock option!!! Such a great idea)

Can’t enable free trial within App Store. Want to try before I buy.
Wanted to try this app, but I’m not paying 14.99 our first seeing if this is what my child would like. When you enable free trial, it redirect you to a web browser to a pay.rev.cat link which seems fishy to me. All the other apps can do free trials within the App Store that you can cancel within 14 days this one takes you to a third-party website and wants you to enter payment information on a third-party website that doesn’t look like it comes from Speech Blubs. Seems fishy don’t trust it.

Just started and it’s awesome
My son is autistic and very difficult to engage. We just ran the first activity and it directly caught his attention. I’m mesmerised because I hardly see this happening when it’s pedagogical demand.

Customer Service not Easily Accessed
There is no easy contact customer support feature on the app and when I tried to cancel my free trial, I wasn’t able to also, they intentionally do it through a website instead of the App Store so it doesn’t show up in your subscriptions. They should believe in their product enough to have it stand on its own without making it difficult to cancel a free trial.

Very good app but be carefull they have a poor customer service
My son really like this app, unfortunately the child lock doesn’t work anymore. I sent a message to the customer service which is only by email ( no chat or telephone number available) but no answer after one month. I also noticed after purchasing the lifetime membership that they still charging me every month, I asked them about this issue as well but no answers, I will cancel everything and look for another application if I cannot solve those issues. The customer service ruined the whole experience.
