Awful! Don’t do it
This is the worst place I have ever done business with. It started off at a $400 loan and now it’s been two years and the loan amount is up to $2000. The lady at the front warned me not to do it unless I absolutely had to. I thought I could quickly pay it off but I was wrong. Then they declined all of my cards and made me get a netspend card just to pay my bills. Thier app and website never work either. It’s like they want you to be late so they can charge you even more fees. If I am ever blessed enough to pay this off I will dorrdash on the side or donate plasma before ever asking for a loan from this place again.

Hard to do business with
The app hasn’t worked in months. When I called to get help with login their solution is to turn off wifi and use website to login to pay and manage your account. They need to fix their ability to allow access to your account and be easier to do business with.
Doesn’t work
The app was working fine. Then one day it stop working. I can no longer use the app… it was at first taking money off my current card and longer does that now i have no way to update to a new card. The website is inconvenient and won’t allow me to make changes. Very very stressful

Needs update to use
I’ve used this app for a while. Everytime I try and log in now, it tells me I have to update to the latest version. When I go into the App Store, it does not give me the option to “update” the app.
ABSOLUTE SCAM
They “carefully reviewed” my application for less than a half a second before rejecting it. This is a lie because nothing can be reviewed in half a second. Second, within 30 seconds of applying, I had 4 text messages from other scam sites, meaning these pieces of crap instantly sell your information. Stay as far away as you can

Speedy cash
If you need cash and fast, this is the place you want to try. Yes it is pricy to pay back….you have to read everything before you sign. It tells you how much monthly and so on. I don’t have good credit to get a loan at a bank and if I am really in need of cash. Speedy cash is the place I go to get cash and fast. This is if you really need it type of deal. I do not like to get a loan unless I really, really need it. I am aware of the cost to pay it back and like I said. It does state it clearly how much monthly payments will be, etc….. if you are going to be late on a payment. They will work with you. The customer service reps are really helpful and friendly. As before, if you really need cash for a rainy day, I would recommend speedy cash.

Only for emergencies
Instant return but you’ll pay 4x-5x the amt of the loan (if u make monthly or weekly payments) til the end of term. Unfortunate if u can’t pay it off immediately for 500, by the end paid almost 2,500

TRASH APP
Literally my first review I’ve ever written in 12+ years of having a smart phone. App is TERRIBLE!! Used to allow me to apply for loans from my phone but no longer allowing me to do that, making payments sometimes, or even allow me to login with FaceID like it used to. App is just JUNK with only the option to see how much you owe and locations around you

I don’t understand the point of this app. You can’t apply for a loan or finish loan documents on here. Waste of time

There is no longer an option to apply for a loan through the app. There is also not an option to completely remove a debit card, just to edit.
Worthless app
It used to be like oh mom and they get an upgrade on the app and you know longer can apply for your loans through your app basically making this up worthless in reality pointless!
I loved the ease of the app when I can apply for my loans within my app I do not understand why you would fix something that was never broken and illuminate what made your service so much easier than the next guys.
This change could very well cost cost you a customer.

Crooks
This company can charge you up to 50% interest make sure to read the fine print! Those of us who actually may need the money for emergency’s they don’t care I would advise using other means of loans or borrowing this company is crooked

Fix it....
High interest
Only use this service if you absolutely need to. The interest rate is extremely high and will cost thousands if you don’t pay it back within a month of borrowing. The interest rate can be around 360% which will take forever to pay and cost you 5x more than what you borrowed. These people are predators taking advantage of people going through a hard time. If you can’t pay the balance you borrowed off within a month, you will be worse off. Avoid at all cost!

App is extremely slow. Takes forever to send password reset email. I’m sure there are enough funds to improve the functioning of this app.
