Useless app. If you were on a paper based system beforehand keep it this won’t save time
App is constantly needing to be opened and closed to get anything to load. It randomly logs you out as you are using the app. It resets your password every 30 days but is wildly inconsistent about showing the pop-up that tells you this. Sometimes it’s 14 days before it happens sometimes it’s one. Has a nasty glitch where u click on a retrieval and nothing happens. All told this app is barely functional

Good app when it’s Functional
It might come as a shock but when operating a lift at a marina, one is regularly outside and far away from Wi-Fi. This app is on good days slow to load, and hardly works on cellular despite being outside, clear sunny day ext. Before the developers rush to blame my connection for their apps poor performance, I wanna let them know I’ve had 3 people out here on the pad with either good Wi-Fi or cellular and had it buffering so that lets me know they need to do more on their end. Keep the app running smoothly or develop one that doesn’t need to be 5 ft from the router to work right

Endless scroll, doesn’t let me select specific launches
As a dockhand I have to report how much gas and items a customer a receives since switching to my android flip phone (kyocera duravx extreme) it just endlessly scrolls and I can’t select the launch to complete and fill in items. Please fix your app layout and bugs so that it works for people who use Cat s22, Kyocera Duravx extreme and any other modern flip phone, app is completely unusable. This ios verison of the app is also very flawed and has same bug of where “showing todays launches” gets stuck and freezes the ability to scroll but eventually it works after few attempts.

Keep on floating
One of my favorite apps - both of my marinas have adopted Speedydock and this allows me to easily retrieve my boat. Love the new notifications as well.
Password reaet
App keeps dropping my username and password. The password reset tool doesn’t work. Very poor user interface for resetting password and retrieving your username.
Good app
Good but freezes sometimes even with good reception. Also they should add the ability for notifications with a switch somewhere on menu or dashboard that you switch on if you are currently using the app or off if not currently using the app so you get a notifications whether app is off or running so you dont have to manually check every time if there’s units checked in. Besides that minor problem its good but you cant keep it on for long or it drains your phones battery. Otherwise good alternative to constantly talking over a radio.
