Best family expense tracker - costs next to nothing
Three months ago, our family (2 adults and 2 teens) started using SpendCircle to log every dollar we spend and keep a watchful eye on how the expenses add up over the month. It has been an excellent motivator in cutting down waste.
Now everyone in the family has the same view of the family spending on their individual phones. So we are all always on the same page, and accountable to each other for wasteful spending. The app itself is only $2 a year for the whole family, as opposed to $100 a year charged by other apps, so totally worth it.
We’ve mostly become aware of our exorbitant food spending (eating out, beverages, impulse buying at grocery stores) and adopted healthier spending habits.
