13 years of usage since age 21, and still going
Hey everyone, this may be the very first review I’ve ever left for an app. I came here to say thank you to the developers, and I hope my long-standing usage with this app proves through the weight of time how great this app is if it’s what you’re looking for.
For context, I have been using this app since 2012 when it was Spending and later Spending2. I quite literally have every In and Out transaction logged since 2012. I have tried other finance apps that self track and pull data, but they are too helpful to the point where it’s restricting what I can customize and how I’d like to see my data or organize my data during tax filing.
With that being said, a special, thank you to the developers for maintaining this app. I have appreciated your committed efforts over the same duration while also not turning this application into a subscription or being more complicated than it needs to be. Options are great, but having full customization on your data as this app provide provides on the go with or without cell service, it has been more helpful to me staying reconciled in my financial portfolio than I can convey. Thank you again and I’m looking forward to continued years of usage.

Too many bugs after every updates
This app used to be very solid and the author used to respond by email on fixing issues. Since later last year. They stopped responding to emails with issues i discovered in the app. In the last update, the recurring payment function stopped working and app would just freeze. I really hope they can focus on fixing the issues user reported via email so more people can download it.

Well. Problems.
I have been using this app for many years. I loved it. And did everything I wanted and more. I could sink between devices. I could use multiple currencies. It really was perfect. Sadly, it’s rapidly gone downhill. It works fine, but can no longer sync. Multiple efforts to contact and developer have met with no results. I’m afraid it is abandon-ware. Sad because it was once the very best thing out there.

Totals are not auto-refreshing
Totals are not automatically refreshing after adding an expense or income. Have to tap each account for them all to update accordingly
备份邮件数据导入问题
昨又更新最新版本4.9.3还是没解决备份了邮件但导入不了任何数据！！已更新了几个版本了还是没能解决问题呢？？
Lost years of data
I have been using this app for a long time now. Thinking twice if I should still continue. Lost significant data and now I can’t compare form previous years since data are now inaccurate.
Customer support not replying
I’ve had this program for years and now I am having a major problem. I’ve sent three requests for help with a picture showing the problem and no one has responded to me. My categories are all stuck every time I try to hit on a category the page freezes. So I cannot see my individual data that I’ve added the amount for that category. Every time it freezes, I have to go out of the program and go back in. The only way I can see something if I go to the year and look at the date there, but it does not give me all the information can anyone help me out

App bug issue after update
Have sent over 10 emails over the last 2 months explaining the bug faced after updating the software by your team and just being ignored !!! Have paid for this app and very disappointed with lack of support for paying customers !!
Lattest version fails to import backup file
Been using this app for some 15 years now and never before have i come accross the following issue. The lattest version fails to import backup file, wether it's from email directly, iCloud import or app to app method hence making it impossible to use. I'm at a loss for words really. Is there a way to revert to previous version through app store?

Full payment is not updating Debtor section
The recent update broke the full payment status for the debtor section. It's not updating correctly.
Support required!
The App has stopped showing the day/date within the month. I attempted to raise a support request but there is no facility to display the web page is in English. Please fix the App 🤷♂️
Changes
I’ve been using the app for quite some time now however, the latest update wrecked a few things. Mostly with the “unpaid” category. The dates aren’t in order and it doesn’t total the payments for you like it use to. These changes are frustrating! Also, when you have more than one “book” per se, and you add a debit to it, you have to make sure both areas for the correct “book” is listed. I have two accounts and even though I go directly into the second one, it still places it in the first one unless I change it.

I’ve been using this app for years and had no problems. Now it’s freezing up and I’ve received no answers when reaching out to support.

我发现在本次更新后无法查阅二级目录，打开后二级目录的内容为空，请开发者抽空修复一下，谢谢。
點選類別之後看不到任何數據
在點選類別之後看不到任何數據，比如說點選類別後再點選”餐費”，裡頭是沒有任何細項的，在本次更新前是有的，不管是支出或是收入都有同樣問題，再麻煩你，感謝。
Bug fix introduced bug
I love this app but the last update trying to fix bug actually introduced a bug. Emailed the developer but got no reply and bug is still not fixed (entries are disappearing in several screens). Please fix
