$14.99 to $89.99 - What?!
All of this makes the jolt of a $75 price increase even harder to take. I mean, $90 a year – in this economy, for an app that is still ironing out issues – unbelievable.
I’d love for someone to explain to me exactly what I’ll be getting for the extra $75? Because at the moment, you’ve lost a loyal customer who’s recommended this app to everyone woman I know. (And now feel like I’ve lead them to slaughter)
Edit: it’s been a couple of months now, it would’ve been great to get a response.

Thank you for taking the time to write this, we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. Your support over the years, your trust in the app, and your kind words about Jane’s work is gratefully appreciated. The intention with these changes has been to significantly expand the value and accessibility of the free benefits, to the point that features previously reserved for subscribers are now freely available to anyone. Since launch, one of the biggest changes has been the introduction of the dashboard interface, which is now available free to all users. At the same time, we are continuing to develop the paid subscription into a much deeper and more comprehensive offering with additional tools, content, and functionality beyond what existed previously. The pricing changes were part of supporting that long-term development while also making more of the app accessible to everyone. Prior to the changes, we sent an email to all users outlining the upcoming updates and adjustments to free vs paid features. That said, we completely understand that the increase still felt sudden and significant. The purpose of these changes is to deliver more practical benefits for free users, who may not be able to afford a subscription. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for having been part of the journey with us.
OUTSTANDING!!! 2 suggestions
1) Users would benefit greatly from the ability to add in their own symptoms to track. Examples: cravings, aversion to touch, anxiety, indigestion, et al.
2) The ability to sort the symptoms we’re tracking would aid in quicker and more efficient diary entries. Personally, I would choose to sort them in alphabetical order; but I imagine other users would prefer other methods, such as the ability to put the ones they use most at the top of the list.
THANK YOU, JOAN HARDWICKE COLLINGS & ALL OF PALLAS ATHENE for this truly life changing, empowering app!!!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this, and for your incredibly kind and thoughtful feedback. It genuinely means a lot to the team to hear how highly you value the app and the approach behind it. We’re really grateful you’ve taken the time not only to use the app over such a long period, but also to reflect on what would make it even better. Suggestions like these are exactly the kind of user insight we hope for. Thank you! Both of your ideas are excellent and very aligned with where we see the product evolving: The ability for users to add their own custom symptoms is something that would add a lot of flexibility and personal relevance to tracking, and we can absolutely see how valuable that would be for many people. Improving the ability to sort and organise tracked symptoms is also a really strong suggestion. Whether that’s alphabetical ordering, frequency-based prioritisation, or user-defined ordering, this kind of refinement would meaningfully improve usability and speed of journaling. We’ll add these to the development timeline! Thank you again for your support and for being part of the journey with us.

Great concept but needs improvement
Response from developer
Thank you very much for communicating this feedback, please rest assured we have worked very hard on the recent and future updates to improve usability for irregularity. Please open the app settings, under the heading "Cycle Prediction Settings", tap the button next to "Show predictions in Cycle Calendar" - this will stop all the predictions and warnings, allowing you to track bleeding on any day as required. To change or remove a previous tracking input, tap 'track' on the relevant day in the calendar, then de-select the tracking icon to disable it (when disabled, it will have a white background like the other tracking options) - hit save and it should now be removed from your calendar. As always, please ensure you are also updated to the latest version.
