Scam
$10 for 2 damn minutes not worth it!
Used to be lengendary
Back in the day! This was THE PARTY TRICK of nyc. People were impressed by this!
Now there’s a usage fee every time.
Keep it invite only, but charge a subscription all access fee and then have fundraiser events.
It sucks now, and I rarely use it except as an expensive party trick

Not sure it works
Paid the $10 for the two minutes, and my efforts didn’t seem to make any difference in the lights on the building.
Please invite me
I am in nyc and live in Chicago and would love to show it off to family and friends.
Interesting

Invite
I’m interested in getting an invitation to the Spireworks app. I would be very grateful if someone could send me the link to join and experience changing the building lights in New York.

Another Bastion of Privilege
For those who stand on New Yorkers, not with them
The colors have disappeared
The app shows that there is an unscheduled member’s night - but there is only a button for yellow, and this does not change the spire at all. Has Spireworks lost its rights to light up the spires?
Going nyc please send me an invitation
Please send me a invite I’m going to New York in a couple days
Looks like a scam
It's invite only access, not sure what the point is. FYI I requested access permissions almost 2 years ago, still no access to it.
Possibly a scam to gather traffic to the app.

Invite only app
What’s the point of having the public download the app if it’s invite only?! I’ve donated and made many request for access but to no avail. It’s just a waste of memory consumption just having the app but with no access! This app caters to the rich and shareholders and CEOs. Not worth it, if it’s not available to the general public!

Looking for an invite
I would appreciate if someone sent an invite please and thank you in advance.
Donation amount is ridiculous
Used to use this app all the time. Now it requires a $10 donation or something for a short 3 min session. Hard pass. I echo another poster that I'd happily pay a larger one time amount for unlimited access or even consider a monthly donation, but the current model makes no sense.
A one-time donation scheme would be better
Barely use this app anymore. A one-time donation would be more effective and would likely result in a greater total amount donated.
Invite Please
Someone send an invite so this app is actually useful, the idea is amazing
Invite?
Can someone plz give me an invite
Invite?
I really just want an invite and would really appreciate if someone could give one. I’ll even donate to charity for an invite.
