Needs to catch up with other platforms
As a host I really want to like this platform but unfortunately can’t recommend it.
Pros: Seemingly has a good amount of people using it
Looks modern and professional
Cons:
Charges a higher fee than other platforms (major disadvantage which encourages people to use other platforms or take bookings directly and just buy personal insurance)
Messaging is kinda broken - it displays in reverse order which can be v confusing. Also doesn’t save your messages as you’re typing them and you can easily lose everything you’ve typed if you need to check the booking details and press ‘back’ instead of ‘X’ once you’ve checked them. Lots of weird little bugs like this that can be v frustrating.
Limited pricing options - you can’t add a cleaning fee automatically to the quote
Cancellation Policy - The strictest setting for hosts is not strict enough for large events where you could stand to lose a lot from a cancellation, like weddings bookings etc, it would be great to have an option for no refunds if cancelled within 2 weeks.
If they could sort all of this out and charge slightly lower fees then they could easily be a competitor to Peerspace and other platforms which have the edge.

Highly unprofessional. No customer service
The site will not allow you to make certain changes. I’ve even logged into my desktop. When reaching out no one responds! It’s been literally a week and 6 messages later.. silence. It’s troublesome when I have to let my guest know things are incorrect because of this company. It seems nobody works here.
For brands and companies listing your locations, take note that if an issue arises, you have to figure it out. Sad and very unprofessional.

Surprisingly Terrible
The App is unnecessarily complex, unintuitive, and the messaging system is INSANE. So bad. Looking forward to an overhaul, since it’s easier to just sign in from a computer.

Site great. App not so much
The site itself is amazing. The app I’ve been having so many issues with. It’s easier to just sign into the site than to use the app which is disheartening
