As the founder of TechSavvy Solutions, a company dedicated to providing top-notch desktop support, I can confidently say that Splashtop AR is a game-changer for remote troubleshooting and support. This tool’s ability to enhance technical support with augmented reality has been a huge asset to our team, allowing us to deliver seamless solutions to clients with greater efficiency and clarity.
Unfortunately, during my time working at a public school district (NWESD), I faced resistance when attempting to introduce innovative products like Splashtop AR to the technology department. Despite the clear benefits, I was punished and marginalized for trying to modernize our tools and streamline our workflow. It was frustrating to see an unwillingness to evolve, especially when such technologies can improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
Splashtop AR is everything I had hoped to bring to that environment and more, which is why I now fully integrate it into my business. It makes remote support more interactive and intuitive for both the technician and the end-user, allowing for faster problem resolution. I highly recommend this product for any tech support company looking to elevate their services. It’s a shame I couldn’t get the buy-in back then, but I’m proud to be using it now at TechSavvy Solutions.

Amazing App! Remote Support at it’s best
Amazing app to support less technical people. It gives me eyes to guide non- tech people to resolve real technical issues. I dont need to leave my chair at the confort of my home- office to do that. Also Splashtop team/ sales and support are so amazing.
