Update To App Will NOT Load!
I’m trying to use this app, but am getting a message that a newer version is available and I must update it in order to continue. Unfortunately, when I select ‘update now’, nothing happens.
This app is not reliable
I have had numerous issues with the baseline testing my teams this year. Results don’t save, or the app has been down and tests can’t be administered. In need to major upgrades!
Awful
The worst app. Never works. Doesn’t save data. Had to redo it 500 times and still not working. Waste of time.

Incredible tool for Athletic trainers, PTs, Chiropractors, sports med docs, parents, coaches…I could go on and on!

Works beautifully on my phone. No issues and personally I found it quite intuitive. Researched their data as well and found supportive data in peer reviewed journals.

Game Changer
This mobile platform is awesome! Valid. Reliable. Offers clear, objective measures for confident decision making from initial injury evaluation through the return to play progression. A must have tool for any provider treating concussions!
Wonderful app and technology!
We had a teammate at our soccer tournament this spring get knocked out on the field. He was diagnosed by the ATC with a concussion. His family used the app to do his assessment and we were able to get his MD his results. The MD had them continue doing the assessments to track his progress. He was able to be cleared for next season tryouts with zero symptoms of the concussion. So grateful to have to app and data to be provided to the MD.

UI problems
White text on white background maks it hard to read. Selecting DOB offers only future years. Very odd. Please fix this app - it does sound like it could be useful.
Use paper. This app is very difficult to use.
Although nothing on the initial log in page tells you, you have to NOT follow the instructions to set up a new account. Not sure what that is exactly since there’s no info. If you establish new account, you won’t have the forms and you’ll spend hours trying to find them and then realizing you don’t have them and then contacting their “support”. I called and emailed Oct 11 and the issue is still outstanding. The only response I received was on email asking to provide again the info I had provided by phone. Multiple team members have had a hard time about it. Do everyone on your team a favor and give them paper forms to sign (5 minutes) instead of the frustration of this app (hours and hours).
