Scale app won’t work
The app keeps crashing, it loads for a millisecond then completely shuts off. Is there an update or a way to get a new scale replaced?
Works for about a month
I purchased this scale on Amazon and for about a month, it worked well. Had to also download FEELFIT app for the information on the scale to be read/used. The fact that I have to have this app to have another app to have the scale function as it’s intended to is annoying but it gets worse…..
After a couple months of use (lost weight on carnivore and started at 189, currently 123 so definitely didn’t max out the weight limit), it only gives weight measurement and then constant “error” code for everything else. I realize this isn’t a dexa scan and isn’t intended to be nearly as accurate but i like to have something somewhat tangible to quantify. Though the measurements were never 100% accurate, it originally came really, really close. Now, I have a glorified, entirely too expensive scale.
Though it gets worse. I can’t even log in to this app anymore. No amount of troubleshooting (unplug and replug type) is getting me in the app. I foolishly suggested this scale and the required apps to many people and wish now I hadn’t. I should have gone with a better known name brand and gotten something tried and true. 🤷🏽♀️

Unable to register
Just bought smart weighs on Amazon . In the ‘ create account’ process , the Sportneer app can’t locate the weights ( bluetooth on) . They are fully charged. I followed all instructions , phone is inches away and nothing. I tried deleting & redownloading app but same issue occurred.
This is an iPhone 13 . The smart weights are the 3lbs set.
Is there a newer update that can address this issue?

Disappointed
This scale and app were amazing… for the 2 weeks it worked. Now I get the same login error that I see others have gotten. If you can’t access the app the scale becomes a useless waste of money. I tried reaching out to the customer service email address provided but it’s been over a week now with no response. Super bummed.
