They never run on time and sometimes don’t even come. On the app or online it will tell you it’s arriving then one never come making you wait out there for a whole hours in the cold for nothing

This app is terrible, I can’t even transit around the same area and the interface is so annoying to use with a bunch of stuff blocking the screen. I’d much rather walk than keep dealing with this trash app.
