I used to love going to this app and playing the free to play games in the lobby.
Ever since they’ve “updated“ this app I find it absolutely terrible. The dark mode/background is the most unappealing thing I’ve ever seen in an app. I don’t like what they did with the “lobby.“.
Trying to find the free to play games now is difficult. Maybe I’m just an idiot and I’m missing it. This used to be my number one go to app just to play free games and see if I could win every week. I did this and spent a lot of time with it and it was fun and now it’s the complete opposite .
I’ve played on this app for as years but I just can’t do it anymore due to the dark mode and the major changes that they did. It’s no longer fun and nothing‘s easy to find anymore even though I see all the sports at the top you click on. Maybe it’ll change once the NFL regular season starts. Maybe they got rid of the free to play games who knows but it’s a shame because I really used to love coming to this app and playing the free to play games in the lobby.

I had winnings and suddenly disappeared
I had won about 43.00-46.00 and never collected my winnings and all of the sudden it showed a zero balance.
I emailed them several times and they said I never had the winnings. I asked them to look into it and they kept saying the same thing. The last time I asked them they never replied. They won’t even look into it to see that I never received the winnings.
Customer service is the worst. I had screenshotted my brother with my wings but couldn’t locate it. I am going to continue to look for it.
Now currently I just recently won 7.00 plus that shows as my only winnings.
