World Cup match went full time there has to be a winner got both legs of parley correct but because the winner wasn’t determined in regulation they did not pay out no where placing the bet is that stated same bet on draft kings cashed out sorry excuse for a sports betting app.

Really disappointed in how you leverage your exclusivity to benefit YOU and ONLY YOU. The house rules benefit YOU! The unfavorable odds benefit YOU!! The higher margins benefit YOU!!! The limitations benefit YOU!!!! I personally can’t wait until YOU lose the rights to host sports book in RI. I’m actually at a point where I am contemplating crossing the border to place sports betting with another platform so I don’t have to deal with YOU!!!!!

Everything about this app is TRASH
Had to file a complaint with the RI Lottery to get them to accept their own house rules. They have you opt in for bonuses but won’t make them available when placing bets. Find another way to bet. This app SUCKS !!!

The app is easy, quick, updated. Money goes into account within seconds. Get your pay outs 24 hours later maybe 36 hours later. I love Sportsbook RI!
Should be called RI monopilizing sports betting
App is trash crashes all the time and they make random maintenance runs at the worse possible times. Forget any detailed parlays. You can’t parlay anything that’s an alternate bet. They take forever to return your money and customer service on second shift is trash. Can’t wait for FanDuel or DraftKings to step in and save the day!

Absolutely terrible
Has to be the worst sports better app in the nation. Everything is available but they won’t let you bet on it. Everything single bet gets sent to the trading team for 5 minutes before it’s denied or approved

Horrible app slow outdated. Classic Rhode Island can’t even get DraftKings.

Asking me for a review, RI Sportsbook as a whole needs to be reviewed for how there’s been only one option available. Our own government in RI completely monopolized sports betting.

Massive difference in lines, in both directions. Heavy juice on basic bets.
