Why no video

Video doesn’t play on iPhone 13 for any champions league matches just shows the channel logo. Seems like no attempt will be made to fix this. Used to be handy. Has gotten worse over time.

Sportsmax team please help me here. On iPad 10 I can not see the game, instead the channel logo takes up the screen with audio. I’ve rebooted and reinstalled the app.
