Why no video
Video doesn’t play on iPhone 13 for any champions league matches just shows the channel logo. Seems like no attempt will be made to fix this. Used to be handy. Has gotten worse over time.
Audio Only
Sportsmax team please help me here. On iPad 10 I can not see the game, instead the channel logo takes up the screen with audio. I’ve rebooted and reinstalled the app.

Utter rubbish
Multiple times I have paid, the money is taken and I don’t receive the service. I get no reply to my complaint. Then Apple finds in their favour and refuses to refund. Criminals

What’s happening with the app? Whenever you click on a channel for eg sportsmax the logo is stuck on screen and only audio is playing… I think there’s a bug in app that needs to be fixed

This app is very buggy. Have to pause and start the stream when starting or else I can’t hear it. It needs an app for Apple TV. The last update was 8 months ago which is ridiculous.

Good day I normally don’t like bad reviews but when it’s watching my soccer games sorry. I have Digicel as cell provider, using the app I taped a game, when trying to see at night impossible because do not have premium package so I subscribed for the monthly package and still nothing
