Smh

This app use to be so good, then they started making improvements and after that it went downhill from updating the app and it not opening to every time I log my cycle it’s asking me if it’s my first day every time to every time I upgrade my phone, it won’t let me in. I currently can’t get on because I had to upgrade my phone.

Not so good results

I’ve been using this app for the past 4 years! At first the first 2 years was good but after that everything started to be unreliable! The period tracker does not track the way it needs to be tracking, even if I update my information it’s not even 60% right! I like it but I’m ready for a new change!

Best app so far!

I have tried many tracking apps, most of them sucked you i had to pay to get the things i wanted. This is a lifesaver

Worst period tracker I’ve used

I’ve literally never written an app review before but the frustration of using this app has pushed me to finally do so. The app is terrible at predicting when your period actually starts unlike other period trackers I’ve used. It always ends up tricking me into thinking that my period is late which has given me a lot of anxiety over the past few years that I’ve used it. Speaking of, I don’t think they’ve updated the look or functionality in the whole time I’ve used it. Editing the timing of your period is frustrating and clunky. Shouldn’t it just know that you’ve started your cycle when you enter the corresponding bleeding emoji? I can see how some people might use it to track unnatural flow or spotting but I guess it’s just not for me. I also think the system of using emojis is kind of dumb and childish. Hopefully they update it at some point but for now, I’ll be looking for another period trackers that’s more convenient to use.

period tracker stopped working

The period tracker won’t save the dates I pick for my period. It only highlights what the app predicted. Every time I update a day with my flow it says “this is not when we predicted your period to start. Please update on calander.” But when I try to do that, the red circles don’t save on the dates I put. This has been my only issue and it is at least a 2 month old issue.

Used to work great

The app used to work great, but over the last few months the tracking feature has been inaccurate and difficult to adjust. I’m strongly considering switching to a different period tracker. Another thing, the developers of the app suggest that folks who leave negative reviews here use the “contact support” button on the account page but when I tried to do that the button straight up didn’t work.

Used to be my fav period tracker app

I’ve been trying to enjoy this app but recently they updated it to even if you’re not on your period it marks that you are on your period, even after saying you aren’t. I’m not a fan anymore. If you’re seriously trying to track your period and ovulation periods , I wouldn’t recommend this app.

Used to be amazing

I have been using this app for years and it was amazing but I started realizing that any time i went to log a period it would ask me “is this your first day?” even if I was already on day 3. It annoyed me a bit but what really made me delete the app was the fact that I got a new phone and when I went to launch the app it would open but have a blue screen with a spinning circle. I thought if I deleted it and reinstalled it would fix it. It did… Until I realized it erased all of my past data and there’s no log back in feature. I guess I’m going to have to find a new app :/

Used to work great

Half the time I can’t open the app, it just queues. It used to send notifications for my period and doesn’t anymore

Meh…

Hey there, I am the one who emailed you about the ad-like pop-up appearing every time I log my period. This message is telling me if I am a newcomer, but I am not; I have been using Spot On since 2024!

I know it is hard to wait that long for you to fix this issue, but I am good at waiting patiently for future updates/bug fixes. If this pop-up is still there when I try to log my period in your next update, I will either send you another letter or write/edit another review.

I also have a suggestion that should add several more languages such as French, Korean (my phone’s language is set in this language), Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, and Japanese.

Used to work

The app worked great until about a month or two ago. Now, everyday shows up red like I’m on my menstruating everyday. This is obviously not helpful for tracking purposes. I submitted a help ticket to the developers and they assured me the glitch would be fixed. No change. If you need a reliable track app don’t use this one.

Used to be five stars

This app has gotten so buggy. Thank you for fixing the bazillion notifications that would occur at one time. But now I’m getting prompts about when my period started while I’m ON my period and have already gone through the trouble of editing my period as the app has asked vs just choosing bleeding for the day. Also, please give us back a customizable emoji or other things to track. I need to track other related things like clotting for example. You used to let us choose one custom emoji and tracking item. I would appreciate that option again. I do love how you don’t go overboard in expectations like having a notes section or too many things to pick from. That’s why even though I really want more, just one emoji again would be enough. When things are overwhelming like with most apps and there’s so much to fill out, I just avoid using them. That’s one reason I love love love your app and have used it since it came out. Thank you for making and maintaining it.

Used to be good, now absolutely buggin

My predictions and my past logs are all messed up and wrong after a fairly recent update. Theres no way to fix it or reset it or anything. Guess I'll just track it in my planner 🤷‍♀️

I’m confused

I used this app for many many years and it was great, lots of features and reasonably accurate predictions. Around 2020ish they did a big overhaul and removed most features and deleted user data. I was upset to have lost so many years of tracking but figured as long as I can put dots on the calendar to record my periods it’s still worth using. Multiple updates since then have deleted my data again. I don’t understand why updates delete user data and why they can’t fix it.

Lately when I try to edit my periods nothing happens. I edit, press the save button, and the dots I made disappear. Sometimes I can find my period dates by clicking each day to see “cycle day” but now it will just delete the cycle when I close the app. No matter how many times I edit my period it just deletes my information and logs my period on whatever days it wants. I’ve turned off period prediction but it still does this.

All I want is an app that lets me put red dots on a calendar. I don’t understand why they can’t make this app functional.

Love it but notifications don’t work

Glad to have a period tracker that doesn’t sell my data, but since the last update, I only get notifications when I open the app. And then, I get a handful at a time that seemed like they are out of date. If you are wondering whether to download this app, you should do it. Just know that you might not be getting notifications correctly until the next update.

Used to be good

This app used to be reliable. But lately, even though I have notifications on, it still will not remind me to take my pill. I’ve tried toggling notifications on and off, changing the time, etc. and still it will not notify me unless I open up the app and then all of a sudden the notifications all pop up. Not reliable.

not giving reminders anymore

this app has been very helpful for me to remember to take my birth control, but randomly i would say in the last few or so weeks it doesn’t give me a reminder to take it anymore . and when i open the app it spams me with like 10 notifications to take it and reminders about my period. i really hope they fix that because i don’t want to lose all my data

Birth Control Reminders Don’t Work

I got this app when my PP provider recommended it to me as a birth control reminder, since I have to take it the same time every day. The alarm has never once worked. I’ve tried setting it to different times, making sure notifications are allowed.. nothing. I only ever get a pop-up notification when I enter the app that’s just a pill emoji. It works fine as a tracker and log, just don’t use it for alarms/notifications, which was the whole reason I got this app to begin with.

Glitches with recent update

This app worked great until the most recent update. I can no longer adjust my period dates on the calendar, as the “save” button has disappeared, so all of my dates are now off with no way to correct/edit them. The link to app support goes to a Page Not Found with no redirect.

notifications stopped working

after updating the app, i no longer receive my scheduled notifications. however every time i manually open the app, it spams me with 7 notifications all at once displaying every possible alert (period coming, period starting, fertile day coming, pill reminder, etc). not sure how to fix this since deleting the app will delete all my data. it’s not the biggest issue since i remember to take my pill daily but it’s definitely an inconvenience
