The SPOTIO number does not ring through IPhone
Long time user
The app has been going downhill. I’ve been using it daily for over 3 years. They don’t seem to care about customer feedback.
Need to fix
You need to add back the copy function for addresses and to rearrange routes how it was before
Update ruined everything
This latest update ruined every convenience the old spotio used to have, I’d prefer the layout of my appointments on the home tab and in order. Over the smaller print that I have now. I can’t copy and paste off the appointment info tabs any more, and when it comes to route creation, I can’t manually move/drag a route change like I used too to optimize the route to my preference. Unfortunately now, everything in my morning after this update has become a massive inconvenience and much more time consuming. Please change the update back.

Great if it works
It has a ton of great features sure. But it also crashes all the time, makes your phone so hot that it literally shuts down, and then if you use this app for more then 2 months- you will need a new phone simply because the app ligit cooked the other one. Just saying- if you gotta use this for work- get a spotio only phone and thank me later.

Updates
Updates keep making the app worse. I use it extensively for work, and just the last update they took away the feature where you can tap and hold on the address and instantly copy so you can paste elsewhere.
Spoty? Oh
Properly named app as it is super spotty. I’m currently waiting and have been waiting for 10 minutes for ONE pin to load on the map so I can find it. List view is a non starter, is that my lead driving away? I have no idea because SPOTIO won’t display info. Don’t even risk your day by messing with the filters. This app is trash. Windows 95 built it.

Slow
This app might be the slowest loading app ever created. I’d rather watch a snail paint an entire house and then watch it dry rather than wait for this app to load and populate my teams leads and knocks.
Incredibly slow
Drains my battery as soon as I open it. Barely usable with how slow it is to the point i’m slowing my whole day down. Would not recommend for d2d sales reps.
Gotten horrible
App used to be good. Server has too many people on it and the updates only make it worse. Practically unusable and has made canvassing take 3x as long waiting for it to load
Glitchy Software
SPOTIO has way too many issues that make it extremely hard to use. The app also creates an issue for itself with the network. While even video streaming apps work, SPOTIO continues to shows no network connection. The app calling often shows error and the app needs to be deleted and reinstalled to work. It’s wasted a lot of field time because of the latency in populating data and glitches.

I’ve used spotio in the past for many companies, worst sales app I’ve used by far. Cant ever update leads properly, half of them give you incorrect inputs, and now I can’t even log into the app at all, how many times can I get sent a new code and it still be the wrong code😂😂😂 like come on. Do better and fix this godforsaken app

Slow
Extremely slow. Glitchy. Sometime just straight up non responsive and freezes. Eats my battery like no tomorrow. Seriously maybe consider hiring some better app technicians to fix your app

App is laggy
Ever since I’ve been using Spotio it never seems to run as smoothly compared to other canvassing apps like SalesRabbit. This app is to Spotty, leads take forever to load up. It’s honestly frustrating.
Super slow
Takes forever to load pins or bring up the address. That is by far the slowest app I have installed
SLOW
When I have good signal and I’m out knocking in 100 degree weather, it is the most annoying and exhausting when I tap something in this app and it takes 20-30 seconds for it to load. My whole team is having this issue, yall have to do better. 3-4 bars on 5G and it is only Spotio that ever tells me my connection is slow.

Currently encouraging my company to cancel it’s subscription because it’s pure torture using this app, if you don’t have anger issues you will gain some using this app. You have anger issues?? Prepare to need therapy
