Awful
Customer service is awful half the time the appointments in the app don’t work can’t wait to get our new service provider. We’ve been with them for three years. Try to give them chances every time they say they’re fixing it never fix anything steer clear a spot on.
Horrible.
App won’t let any of my customers that have an iPhone book appointments anymore.. going on 3 weeks now and all I get is “we are sorry but the service order is in” 3 weeks to fix an app? And my bill has doubled since signing up.. probably leaving them soon. Horrible customer service and now there’s adds on the dashboard everytime you open it.

It GOT SPOTS
This is a Bait and SWITCH, False Advertising Company who did not uphold they're promises (in writing) For GIFT CARDS. I have called the corporate office many times and get NO RESOLVE, and Auto Replys on Emails that I have sent. Would Not recommend doing any type of business with this company. Spot On is Spot OFF

Nothing but issues
I have used this service for the past month. It has actually cost me a lot of money in loss revenue because of software issues that to this day they can not fix. The process machine is a nightmare! If you have a salon or barbershops do not use the appointments system. The only thing I can say positive about them is the have fast customer service response when called, but it will piss you off because they only give you reasons they are so far behind every other company that offers the same system. Can’t even log onto the app. All I jut is a black screen and the blue dial spinning/flickering on the screen but nothing more than that.
Couldn’t login
Most of the time the app on iPhone couldn’t login with the correct password. I have to use my computer every time to check my statement

I find this tool from SpotOn very easy to use! I can keep and eye on my business and do mostly anything for my business while I am away from my location. Very straightforward
