Friendly but annoying in lack of features.
Amazing app
The only thing I don’t like is that you have to program training days, rather than say a set rest period such as 48-72 hours. So it gets a bit clunky when you delay a session for a day
Garbage App
Jack
Great App that needs a pdf download of individual workouts
You also should be able to have more than one program running at once. Especially if you’re going to change programs. Now if you start a nee program, it removes your current one. Other than that, I love the app.

Needs Apple Watch App
It has promise
Customer support are quick to answer.
I have asked Apple for a refund. I’m sad about it because I really wanted it to work.
Impressive and effective
Need a trial before I commit
Promising App, but Needs a Trial Period
I will change my rating once the option opens up.
Workout guidance needs improvement
No free trial
Overall great

Neat idea, couldn’t try it out
Meh
The app writes a workout but not active calories to Apple health. So … if you’re stat tracking it’s lacking.
Genius
Fabulous experience

attention to detail is awesome!
Spotr is an AI fitness app that cannot handle basic programming.
The AI gives the impression that the app is flexible, but the actual scheduling system is extremely rigid.
That disconnect is frustrating. It is basically a fixed calendar pretending to be a smart coach.
For a workout app built around AI, it should be able to handle far more than this.
No real alternating weeks. No true rolling schedules. No proper weekly exercise variation. No meaningful phased structure. Just one repeating 7-day template dressed up as something smarter.
That is not intelligent coaching. That is a calendar.
Very disappointing.
Response from developer
Thanks for sharing your feedback. Spotr already supports personalized programming, progression, and adaptation for a wide range of lifters, but we’re also continuing to expand the kinds of training structures the app can support over time. Some of the advanced scheduling features you mentioned are things we’re actively working on, and feedback like this helps us prioritize where to go next. Appreciate you trying Spotr.
