The only thing this app is lacking is a spot for “Notes” we like to ask for double scoops for our potatoes and there is no place to do that. We have to ask when we pick up our food.
Extend the BOGO expiration date!
Only reason I have the App is for the rewards BOGO free offers which expires every time before I have a chance to use it.

Spring Creek is my go to barbecue since moving to Texas in 2012, I have tried many barbecue restaurants, only to find them at the bottom of my barbecue. My Spring Creek is the DeSoto Spring Creek. Great staff; great customer service and superb food. The rolls are to die for!!😇

We have eaten at Spring Creek for over 20 years. They never disappoint. But, if you’re unhappy with anything, just let them know, and they will fix it.

It’s unfortunate that this is the second location that does not read an order. I asked for lean beef on two plates. Both had at least 1/3 of it as fat which was cut off, leaving not much left. The employees are always nice , I can say that.

All I can say is Spring Creek on Rodgers Rd off of 249 have the best employees!!!! They are always quick but efficient no matter what time or day I go!!! I let them know they’re like my family now! Oh yeah, forgot to mention how bomb.com their marble brisket dinner is!!! I normally get the premium side, baked potato which pairs perfectly! Try them out!

App is lacking big time
Please add customization options in the app. This is the ONLY restaurant app where I can’t add notes. Every time I place an order, I have to follow it up with a phone call to provide special instructions. Cmon, y'all can do better than that! And half the time, no one answers the phone. What’s the point of an app if you are taking away the convenience factor?????
