Yeah
Underrated verb that sounds nice and retro on vocals and drums and what have you. I like the Metallic Slapback setting in SHORT reverb category.
Doesn‘t sound like a spring reverb
I don‘t get all the positive reviews. I bought this, because I thought Eventide does the quality stuff - I was ok with the price being higher than IOS alternatives because of that. But this just doesn‘t sound like a spring reverb. I didn‘t find a good one yet for IOS but the others at least have a spring character to them. They should at least make a demo version. This was pretty much the worst spent money on an auv3.

Cutting off stars because
Extremely bellow standard communication, is not expected, it’s like ommunicating with IK multimedia
Not a spring reverb
It’s not a bad app, and someone will find it useful. However, it is marketed as a spring reverb and has repeating delays in the attack spring reverbs don’t have repeating delays. This is a poor attempt at a spring emulation.
Response from developer
Hi, sorry to hear you are not satisfied. The Spring Reverb app can get into "special fx" territory with more extreme settings, but you should still be able to dial in quite realistic spring reverb settings. Please email support@eventide.com with the settings you are using and we can help you find some realistic parameter settings.
Give spring reverbs a try!
I’ve never used spring reverbs before.. and this was a great first experience! You may or may not like the sound because it’s different than normal verbs.
Best. Spring. Ever
I originally came across this Algo being demo’d on YouTube in an Eventide Space pedal. Bought that pedal, then a few years later the H9. Having the same sound in IPad is amazing value. App itself takes up little CPU, supports midi, and plays nicely in Loopy Pro. Would give 10 stars if possible.
Best iOS spring verb
Sounds great on a drum bus. Can do everything from realistic to very metallic out there tones. Like most eventide effects it is very flexible if you’re willing to venture past the presets. Worth it.
Love it
Sounds great with my synth apps. I don’t know what the complaints are about. Make it sound out there and make it sound like noisy old spring reverb.
Worth the time
Definitely don’t judge this by the presets, they’re awful and all just totally “out there.” But take the time to dial it in as a nice, musical reverb tank emulation, and this thing can really pull off some beautiful sounds. I’ve never found a “perfect” spring reverb auv3, but this is probably the only one I’d try to record with. It’ll get you there, but you do need to play with it a little.

I hate to say this...
I’m a Surf Guitar guy... Spring reverb is everything for me . I got this because garage band doesn’t have a spring reverb option... this truly is terrible. I have had Eventide products that I loved . This is more of a strange metallic effected reverb. Not at all a spring vibe. I’m hoping you will give me a refund , as this is not useful to me and not worth having going unused at $15 . Please help me out Eventide

Not too good
okay but to be quite honest all the reverb sound all the same
Artefact electronic clicking with switching off in AUM
As for Rotary Mod when you switch off the app in AUM you can hear an electronic double clicking that can be loud...
Disappointed
This just doesn’t sound very good, too cold and digital and when compared to the phenomenal capabilities of some synth and fx apps that are between five and ten pounds £15 is seriously overpriced for a mediocre reverb.
