The app won’t let me login, won’t send a password reset email and won’t let me create a new account with the email it won’t let me login with. So useless.
Hasn’t worked in a long time
Use to work. Can login on website, but not app. It’s been like this for months and the developers have yet to fix the most basic thing. I like to check their limited flavors often, but this app is now completely worthless.
No Apple Pay
Why even have an app if I can’t make an account using Apple or use Apple Pay?
Rewards disappear and don’t work
Their “rewards” program never shows how many free items you actually can redeem them for. They “points” expire periodically in a way that seems intentionally unclear so people won’t be able to use them in time. If you get an email with supposedly free cupcakes for your birthday, good luck actually redeeming those, especially with snippy unhelpful store employees.

Worst app on my phone
This is easily the worst app I’ve ever had on my phone. Everything is counterintuitive, takes maybe 10+ clicks just to order and pay for a cupcake. Latest update now won’t let me login with faceid or my normal username and password. Embarrassing image for a company of this caliber
Typical lousy American design.
This app won’t all payment with a credit card without a US Zip Code. American gate keeping.

Login issues
Constantly have to reset my password or just log in via the website because the app keeps saying my log in is in correct or no user is found but my account exists when I login via a webpage. Such a headache. Terrible app.
This app is awful
I've used a lot of poorly designed apps before but this one takes the (cup)cake.
Nothing is intuitive, it logs you out constantly, and heaven forbid you have a reward to use because it won't let you.
It does have no problem treatment payment methods/card info though. Which goes to show where the priority is.

Don’t waste your time order on the web
It’s a sad app. Every time you use it you have to sign in. It’s not very intuitive. It’s hard to figure out how to change the date. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!
Not working
The app just stopped working, I can’t log in or reset my password. I’m super bummed about it because it worked perfect before.

Horrible app especially after using Crumbl
How hard can this be? It’s an app to order cupcakes but it is so frustrating to use! I pick a day and time for pickup and it shows 2/5 at 1:45pm but below it, it shows 2/6 and wants me to pick a date but doesn’t show any times even though above it shows a day and time.
Sprinkles I love your cupcakes but this app is just horrible. Crumbl app is SO easy! Please look at their app and go back to the drawing board on this app. It’s 2022…. no excuse to have such an awful and non user friendly app.

Unable to redeem birthday reward at checkout
Of all the food companies I deal with, I have memories of fighting with this app many times. Make it easier and I bet you’ll get more business. I can’t be the only one frustrated with this app on many levels. One really annoying thing is the fact that the login is through a 3rd party, so when I search my Passwords for sprinkles.com or just sprinkles, nothing shows up. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve changed the password because I ran into a login issue and the only resolution was to reset the password. This app needs to be much more user friendly, like so many other bakery apps out there (Panera, La Madeleine, Starbucks, etc. all have great working apps!). You’ve lost a lot of my business because of this app.

I have been trying for a few days to open the app. It won’t let me log on. I can access everything else but the log in. I wanted to use my birthday reward. So sad
Unable to do anything
I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app several times. I logged out of it and now cannot log back in. I just wanted to add things to my order that I’ll need picking up tomorrow!
