Barely any updates
Phone app doesn’t work, constantly black screens when I confirm order. Only the site itself works, no bug fixes for over half a year.
Useless
How the actual heck are you a delivery app with no couriers available?! I just want my McDonald’s.
Ridiculous Fees
Absurd amounts for “service fees” and “delivery fees” that make my order double the already inflated cost of the food (they markup the real cost if you were to go to the restaurant). Completely taking the money at every turn they can, no interest in their customers. Theres no universe where they need 13% of every order to run the service.

Exceptional
This app is great and only getting better! My only feedback is not being able to save my preferred payment method. It’s tiring to have to enter my cc every time and it won’t let me copy and paste my cc info either.
Adding to Cart
It’s best to use the website. This app doesn’t really work no more.
Updated and now crashes
This app worked fine until the latest update and now it crashes whenever putting something in your cart, making it so you can’t order.

They locked my account a few months ago. The drivers boss said my payment didn’t go through when it actually did so they came back and my mom ended up paying when i already had. [Edit] You guys tell me to contact your support team when i’ve already tried.. Also never got refunded for the second payment. Would not suggest using spyce. EDDDIITTT news flash… app still sucks. hate everything about spyce, im just hungry but they at “max capacity” at 11pm..

Great food
I ordered Combo 1 with Vegetable Fried Rice, Egg Roll, Lemon Chicken and Sweet & Sour Chicken. For all food items 9/10 and Egg Roll 8/10. The Food had good taste and Jason was polite, friendly and professional.

Buggy sometimes unusable
I’ve never used such a buggy app in my life. I’ve tried ordering food from the app 5 times 3 of which just did not work I’ve tried it on my girlfriend’s phone thinking maybe it’s my phone and I’m still having the same issues.
The app has lost out on a least a few 100$ in orders from me so they might want to fix the problems they are having.

Location error
I have sent emails about my location on the map being incorrect you can no longer adjust the pin to the proper place the pin on the map drops 5 houses down in the middle of a street and most of the delivery drivers don’t read the notes I put telling them how to get to my place then they turn down the wrong road and get upset they can’t my place.

Delivery time
Food was ready in 5 min - took almost an hour to deliver hence fricken cold food!
Can’t pay on app
Can’t pay for the food on the app for pick up it will only allow me to pay ahead for delivery kinda feels like a scam. I have redownloaded it a few times and there isn’t an option to repot anything on the app.

Terrible service
Have no respect for there customers at all. Delivered cold soggy food and said it was not there problem when I'm pretty sure they are suppose to deliver proper edible food I would assume it got cold and soggy on the drive over to my house. Would not recommend to use them at all

The app can be buggy and won’t me allow to use Apple Pay. Also I canceled an order but still received it and had to pay :/
Can’t use anymore
App doesn’t work anymore I deleted and redownloaded it multiple times and it still won’t let me log. At first I was able to change my password and I saved it to my passwords on my phone but now it says the password is wrong. I did this process of deleting & downloading a few times same with the password change, at this point it is getting so annoying and frustrating.. Also now I can’t even reset my password anymore as it just doesn’t send the link to my email, no it didn’t end up in spam or anywhere else so…
Oh and the website is no better as the “place order” button doesn’t work either and not just on my phone
