What a waste of time
No one can answer a simple question. Support is completely useless. Don’t waste your time.

If any event you are trying to purchase tickets for requires this app it is a scam, do not buy the tickets or download this app.
Doesn’t work at all
Won’t recognize the password I set. Won’t recognize the reset password it created and gave me. Can’t log in. Paid $200 for a ticket I’m not even sure I can access. This app is terrible.

Told me I already was in their system, cannot imagine how since I’ve NEVER even heard of this app or company…..thus had to request password reset.
This provided one of those esoteric “temp” passwords, which worked, BUT I was not able to find any option to change to my own password.
At the event today, had saved the email with temp password but it would not work.
Good thing I printed the tickets.

Effective and easy enough for me to use
Being on the go, I don’t have time to sit in front of the computer to manage my events. With this app - I can make changes quickly and contact my customers. Super effective for me

I love using this app! Squad Up makes it so easy to plan all of my upcoming events and easily access my tickets. Can’t recommend enough!
Worst app they dont take responsibility
I purchased 2 ticket when i go to place there is no event. I wrote squadup they replied me contact you host. Already 4 days passed i am still waiting host to send me to refund. Also host never replied message from squadUp. If you don’t take responsibility why i am paying commission to you? Worst payment application i’ve ever used!

Awful
This App crashes. It will not open to allow you to have access to your tickets. Needs a lot of work. I wish companies would stop patterning with them.

why can't i view the details of an event i PAID for? every time i tap on it, it asks me to enter some password that i was never emailed or made aware of. (my account password isn't it, if you're wondering.) also, facebook authentication is broken within the app — so if that's how you created your account, good luck.

Improvement needed
Cannot download all tickets in purchase to wallet AS A GROUP. Had to download individually. No seat details on wallet ticket, shows on paper ticket but not on wallet tickets.

Terrible
They sold pub crawl tickets in Santa Monica for Halloween. All the specials stopped prior to 10pm and they didn't even have enough wristband for our group who all bought tickets. Terrible terrible service.
SquadUP... The best event app out there!
SquadUP allows me to create an event from my phone which is great since I don't have a laptop! It's so simple and social, allowing me to share my awesome experience with all my friends at the event! The social stream is my favorite though, aggregating all of the social activity from every guest of the event in one place!

Great and keeps getting better.
I organize a bunch of events and this is the best mobile offering of any event platform. ApplePay was a great addition. I also like the chat feature so you can stay in touch with folks at the event. Keep up the good work.

I used to use FB to create events. This is soooo much better, smarter, and faster. It's about time something like this made it to the market! Now I just hope I can use this for group deals and discounts.

I didn't know what I was missing. You can setup events, manage invites, chat with everyone. It is just awesome. Thrilled this is out there -- I'm telling all my friends about it.
