Scheduling doesn’t work
Every time I try to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment I just get an “internal service error” message or “sorry something went wrong”. It’s easier to just call the shop and book directly.
Best App to set appointments
Very easy to use and straight to the point. Booking appointments is quick, simple, and hassle free. I’ve never had any issues using the app. Highly recommend! 💈
The worst!
This app is the absolute worst! It is so hard to maneuver, so hard to make changes, I can’t delete a credit card that I don’t want to be used. I hate it!
Scam
Went to go cancel an appt. Hit cancel, then another screen popped up asking me to rate my barber, gave him five stars. Went back to the app later to reschedule, turns out once that screen to rate the barber went away, it had asked me “are you sure you want to cancel?” - didn’t see earlier because the screen popped up asking for a review. Have to hand it to them, the scam got my $35, will dispute with Amex and never use the app or unfortunately the barber again.

Allow “Pay in Person” via the App
Using squire through the browser allows you to pay in person. This feature is not available through the app, which is keeping me from being able to use it. I’ll change this to 5 stars if this is fixed in an update.

This app is always useful to be able to book all my appointments weather its for same day or weeks ahead

Secretly add extra money to tips and have charges hidden at the last screen. Don’t allow option to pay at store - don’t use this app
Apps sucks
I always have to delete and re download it to go in an make an appointment. It always says failed to load… it’s done this for a year now.

So I love the app to schedule my appointments.
For quite a while, I would schedule, maybe move it or whatever, and all was fine, understanding that within the 24 hour timeframe I would me charged.
Now I make an appointment for 5 days from now and I am charged on my credit card?

Glitchy & Change In Payment Policy - Terrible
Been using the app for a few years since the shop I love uses it and parts are convenient. The last straw was a change in payment policy where they no larger charge within 24 hours of appointment (understandable to avoid cancellations) to payment at point of reservation, so if you been a few appointments at a time it will charge all at once. This is a terrible policy and I hope this either changes or another app comes along with better service. From a technical side the app on a good day is glitchy and often have to check multiple times to make sure the shop got paid and often can’t find booked appointments in my app and sometimes they were lost that the shop couldn’t see them despite me having a confirmation email.

Used to charge us an hour before the appointment not when I book it. Now scheduling multiple cuts months out is annoying
