When reporting a paystub, beware selecting Submit does it for whole month, not submitting the single paystub. Instead it should have a Yes/No selection to submit another paystub, then act accordingly. Poor user interface logic.

Complete embarrassment that this app can't even do the one thing it was designed to do, forcing you to contact them rather than making it a simple report. Sad af.

What is the point of having an app that doesn’t function for its sole purpose? Absolutely stupid.
Don’t waste your time.
I logged in and tried to upload photos of my earnings and it kept saying it did not work. So I entered everything manually. I hit submit then I get a pop up saying that this action can not be completed and that I need to call to report wages.

I go through the steps but gives me an error at the end telling me “go see nearest social security office” instead.

Usefulness of app
This app doesn’t show you your earnings or your expected ss income…it is only for manually loading your income info. Who needs it?!?!!
This App is inoperable
This App is not working properly to report social security disability wages. It’s best that you just go into the SS Administration office before you mess around and lose your benefits dealing with this non functional joke of an App
They tell you to use this but it doesn’t work
They tell us to report our wages. They tell us to keep things updated. They tell us we will get penalized if we don’t keep things updated. With all the budget cuts, you can’t reach anyone to update your info or report wages. You can’t use this app they tell you to use to make it easier. Online, it says to report wages here, but you click that and it literally says to call SSA. They set stuff up for you after you go in person because you get hung up on the phone. Then they say use the app! Find our App! Report wages on the App! This APP IS A JOKE.

App hasn’t worked in months
They will not update or fix any of the issues. As soon as I finish reporting it claims there is an error and refers me to the phone line, which also does not work.

App is not working efficiently!
Since the migration of ID me and login.gov I have encountered countless issues with this app! I’m being referred to SS office then the ID. Gov team and all around. Nobody can seem to rectify this issue and it is creating multiple calls to the offices with no resolve. As a Payee Rep trying to assist a family member this is very frustrating and an unnecessary burden. Please have a supervisor reach out to me ASAP. Please. Thank you.

SSA NEEDS TO DO BETTER. Can’t even submit a report wages on the app. The app is a waste of time. No one wants to go down to the SSA building to sit there for hours just to be seen and report wages
Wage Reporting Doesn’t Function
The entire point of this is to report you monthly wages and it either doesn’t let you start it entirely or you get everything in and there’s an error at the end. Not sure how the person trying to claim it’s perfect for reporting wages got their app to properly function, but I would love to know because that’s the only reason and use for this app and it doesn’t work. They haven’t updated it in over a year either.

I don’t know why so many people complain about this app. First of all, this is not the app for the SSA web page! This app is for SSI WAGE REPORTING! It works perfect for our needs. It makes wage reporting so simple and easy to use. However, this app doesn’t get updated very often. I would suggest more frequent updates.
