STA7US: Discipline, Measured

STA7US makes discipline measurable. A clear plan every day, one number that shows whether you follow through, and an exact date for your goal. You already know what you should be doing. Train. Read. Get up early. Have the conversation you keep putting off. Knowing isn't the problem. Following through is. Motivation gets you started. A plan gets you through. YOUR PLAN Every day has a fixed core: training, reading, a cold shower, water, a mental exercise, and planning tomorrow. On top of that, you choose your own goals: looks, sleep, career, money, and more. You decide how much time they get. YOUR NUMBER Your Discipline index runs from 0 to 100. It shows how much of your plan you actually got done over the last four weeks. It climbs when you deliver and drops when you slip. No guesswork, no excuses. YOUR RULES Almost doesn't count. Your streak only grows on days you finish everything. When a day truly falls apart, a freeze steps in. Every task you finish earns Score, and your Score takes you up seven ranks, from Iron to STA7US. YOUR GOAL STA7US works out the exact date you'll reach the top rank. Deliver every day, and that's the day you get there. Every day off pushes it back. STA7US is for people who are serious about following through. A clear plan. A clear goal. Measured every day.
