Hidden Costs & Up-Sells
While the annual subscription seems like a straightforward investment upfront, be prepared for a series of additional, unmentioned costs. Shortly after purchasing the yearly package, I was continually recommended to buy separate essential oils to see "real results." A few days later, an even more expensive needling treatment was pushed based on an assessment of my hair loss severity. The app's core service relies heavily on a chain of subsequent up-sells that aren't transparently disclosed at the start or in those promotional tiktok videos. Proceed with caution!

Hey Sadiq - Aadi here, KESHAH Founder - I'm sorry to hear that you felt that the oils and needling treatment was required - they are absolutely not. We try to make our messaging as clear as possible - the app and massages generally stop hair loss. For regrowth, microneedling can be added but is completely optional. I understand if this was not clear enough. We'll use your feedback to make this even more clear by adding an FAQ page during onboarding. Thank you for being a part of the KESHAH Family :)
