Must have for stackers
Even if you buy every coin or bar from a trusted seller, you still should test every piece you at to your stack. Don’t take the chance of passing on a fake that could cost your children thousands. Get a pocket pinger and test every single coin or round.
I pinged my wine glass and it passed as gold.

Great for keeping coin sellers honest
Bought a new coin? Ping it to see if it’s real or not. This app lets you. Very easy & fun. Tech support is great too - answering my email within the hour. Highly recommended.
Excellent Option!
Excellent option for on the go or spot checking silver/gold! Cool to listen to the Eagles resonance!!
Must have!!!!
Pocket pinger has exceeded our expectations, being able to authenticate coins especially from eBay is a non worry anymore. Customer service is A++++, quality device (pocket pinger)and exceptional well engineered app.
Wonderful Tool for Stackers
I bought the “Pinger” not knowing what to expect and it has exceeded my expectations. It takes a little while to master using it but once you do it gives fast, accurate results. It is the most cost effective way I know to test coins, rounds and small bars. It also appears that they are also always working hard to improve it. I am a very satisfied customer.

Game Changer
This app is a game changer! It allows you to check your silver and gold coins very easily without the expense of a Sigma. Plus, it is very portable. You can put it in your pocket and take it to a coin show or your LCS to test the coins that you’re buying. 100% recommended!

👌🏼
Just downloaded and explored the interface. The concept of acoustic testing for precious metals is really interesting, and the layout is clean and easy to navigate. Looking forward to trying it out more.

Can’t test silver bars unless you pay for that feature.
Easy to use
Love this app! Easy to use with just 2 coins and a finger ping test. Couldn’t ask for a better free app that could potentially save me from getting scammed. 5 stars all day

Clever!
It works! Can test any generic round.
Awesome tool
This is fantastic. It has already helped me identify 2 fakes from eBay - one non-magnetic, too. And also tests silver rounds successfully too; once I put in the specs and pinged it, it passed! Amazing. Took screenshots and used as evidence to get my money back. Also tested Morgans as old as 145 years and one pretty dirty, and they passed too. As well as an Aussie Kangaroo coin.

Pocket Pinger
Works good as the sound a coin makes depends on the materials it is made from.
If the percentage by weight of each material used is NOT correct in the coin the Resonant Tones will NOT match the Tones a Real coin would make!
