Amazing platform if you’re patient!
The platform is amazing if you’re willing to wait a bit. It’s more suited for sellers with larger inventory that value margins over quicker volume. So for me it’s perfect, might not be the same for you. If you understand that, you’ll do just fine here.

Bro if yall don’t fix the return after almost a whole mf month later yall gonna lose mad seller deadass it’s so frustrating.. that’s so stupid yall the only shop that is doing returns almost a whole month later people just wear and when they done wearing it they return it that’s dumb. Fix it for real, I sold something for 178 and now I had to drop the price all the way down to 140 im losing money because of yall stupid app and the stupid return policy yall have.

Tell me why customers are allowed to returns things weeks after bought.. it’s ridiculous. They use it and then they’re allowed to returns things weeks it so then the sellers like me are affected. Fix this please it’s not good. Buyer should only be allowed to returns things for 7 days after buying not 3+ weeks it’s insane..

When we are required to drop our prices 10% to avoid inventory costs when we are already lowest ask we have an under cutting issue, clearly this isn’t like 2021 but this is not a buying and seller issue, this is a platform issue, this is a marketing issue, sg do better…

Everything sold not final. Buyer can return. Don’t sell hot shoes, will return after 3 weeks. Shoes were already worthless by that time.
Aged inventory fee
I think the aged inventory thing killed SG for what it was. During slow times like now they stay alive and profit while the seller takes the loss. Shoes that are at lowest price should not be hit with the 2$ fee. This was clearly a revenue grab because instead of taking 2$ from the actual value or future sale of the shoe they take it from your balance. With 20% + 1% and the monthly 2$ fee the margins start to not make sense. I will not be sending anymore shoes to SG any longer for this reason

20% seller fee not fair!
I think 20% fee is way too much plus the 6 months age fee it’s killing seller like me it used to be fair before but now it’s not!!!
App doesn't even work
App can barely load 20% of the time , majority of the time it will say no products sold or in inventory.
Very odd considering how much Stadium has been gutting consignors with aged inventory fees , returns , and even higher commission rates on items below $125
If the company wants to extract that much value from both the consignor and the client , atleast have a working interface !

Some changes are not better
I don’t like that the inventory section interface no longer shows Inventory (65) , Not lowest Price (35), will incur fee (20). It instead just shows all your products and these groupings are gone
Also the aged fees should not apply if your item is at lowest.. there has been so much undercutting of prices by sellers since this and now shoes are very close to market with 20% fees. I also don’t like how i agreed to send shoes in and agreed to that contract at the time but now they applied this aged fee to shoes that were already in inventory the 2$ monthly fee came out. Sounds like a breach of contract.

2023 update for sellers
Stadium goods has always been pretty fair on payouts, because they offer top products and ship asap to customers, but now because of the 6month or older fee people will undercut, what I think is extremely disrespectful is that they put the competitor pricing next to their, are we supposed to match it? Ridiculous, competitors charge 11-13% or 9% for someone like me, SG takes a whole 20%

Love the app but
Really good app for consigning and they have a great customer service team and I have not had a problem after months of using the app. Really like the system overall but I would REALLY like to see 1 thing added on and that’s sales volume BEFORE you send the item. Would help all sellers SO much and would help me make up my mind easier on weather I should send an item or not. This really needs to be added on the app soon because it would help so much and only have positive effects for both the company and its sellers.

Very simple app to check up on my inventory and
sales. Super easy to submit tickets and the UPC
label scanner is GOLD! I would suggest to add more seller tools. For example, showing in demand items just like the website does. Maybe a release calendar to keep up to dates on drops so
consignors can be on the look out.

Very easy to use!
User friendly to manage your consigned inventory. Creating a ticket is much easier and smoother with the barcode scan feature. Plus the push notification for when you an sneaker sells is my favorite part!

It's taking forever to sell. I never thought this is super SLOW to sell your snkrs. Cuz StockX and goat kinda bit slow too but it never wait for a month to sell your snkrs, after a few weeks your item snkrs is sold and u can bidding with them for more faster sell your snkrs, not like this!
“Sales” Interface
Doesn’t properly load my data. Flashes it when first starting up the app, then immediately shows the “haven’t sold any products” screen (incorrectly)
