THIS APP IS THE WORST
I NEVER write reviews but this app has made working exceptionally harder.. I can’t even login they say my email is wrong but i’m typing out EXACTLY how my email is.. whoever made this app I hope your pillow is hot and your soup always cold.

Absolutely HORRIBLE UI
This user interface makes scheduling almost impossible. First of all, shifts which are currently FULL are not notated until you tap on each shift individually… not a big deal, just a waste of time right? Well, it’s virtually impossible to to simply go BACK to main scheduling page because they placed the back button directly underneath the “all apps” button in iOS. I’m not kidding you when I say it can take roughly half an hour just to check one shift. I’d tell you to abandon the app and simply use a browser to schedule your shifts, but unfortunately the login credentials for the app and for the browser portal aren’t the same. You’re going to lose a lot of money by using Staffmate. I’m going to beg and plead with my management team to switch platforms. This isn’t it.

The most garbage app I’ve ever had to use. Absolutely infuriating and makes the job infinitely harder to do.
Multiple Emplyers
Does not support multiple employers who use this application at the same time. You’re screwed.
Pure Garbage
This app is beyond pathetic. It will cost you money working for your employer. It randomly stops working which prevents you from picking up shifts, when you set your notification preferences and save them it doesn’t acknowledge them, and lastly when you try and email customer support (because you can’t call them of course) they don’t respond. The app is a joke and it will cost you money from not being able to work. Be prepared to have to work for multiple employers as a result. There is a reason why it only has two stars when it should be zero. Good luck!

This app is terrible!
The capabilities and features that it does have are visually busy. It Lacks of design to help keep information organized.
Almost all of the information is sourced from the website app so you might just save money and use the website from your phone browser.
Lastly I’d say that I hate the fact that there is no option to sync my schedule with my phone calendar so I can merge my other extracurricular activities with my work schedule.
Staffmate needs to invest on some serious designer and engineering updates.
I keep asking my boss to please switch to HotSchedules when possible since they have a MUCH MUCH better user experience.

Worst app I’m forced to use.
This app is a joke! Every update makes it worst and with the recent update I can’t even clock in with out waiting almost 5 mins. You constantly get the infinite spinning circle even when an excellent cell phone reception. The app crashes for no reason almost every time you try to use it then making at the log back in just to crash again. I don’t know who is developing this app but they really need to go back to development school this company is a joke do not use them.

Worst app service
Literally has made getting a single shift a nightmare. I haven’t been able to pick up a single shift in three weeks and the one I was able to pick up today was it because it froze and began bugging out and signed me out. This app nowhere near makes everything easier. I’m literally not getting paid this week because of this apps failure to be able to work properly. What’s worse is that there are no updates to the app that would remotely show the developers cares enough to fix its problems.

Don’t Waste Your Time
This app has made everything related to my job harder. It doesn’t function like they advertise at all. I get logged out sporadically and can’t log back in because it won’t give me a keyboard, only a number pad. Time clock doesn’t work. Have to mark off unavailable days ONE AT A TIME, and you have to make three entries for each day off. Heaven forbid you have to mark out several weeks. Even one week takes forever. So annoying. I sure hope my employer goes back to the previous method of scheduling manually, as it certainly isn’t doing what was expected-it’s making everything harder instead of easier!

Redundant and pointless.
Redundant, pointless app. Not helpful! No Calender View display showing events for the month?! (New) Messages aren’t appearing by date, shown in chronological order but show up at various points on list.
No way to filter the events shown- so only those that are relevant, pertaining to you are displayed. "Mute” option does nothing, non functioning. No point in using this app when it’s Far Faster, easier and helpful with my browser, Safari.

Wow, about time someone made a well working programed application that allows for smooth and efficient communication between coworkers. This app removes all the annoyances that comes with your typical day to day employment. I would highly recommend this app to all who are looking to take there business to the next level!

Allow multiple log in
Would have given 5 stars except that I work for 3 employers that use StaffMate and I would love to have them all on one calendar
Cannot login
I’m not sure if this issue solely applies to me. However I cannot move the onscreen keyboard to be able to press login after entering my information.
