Balance chart recommendation

Hi, this is just going to be a quick review from me. I’ve used stake for about 2 years now and am loving how active the dev team is with making the app better for users. One thing I wish was better implemented was when the portfolio chart was introduced ,it is tied to what you have invested and not the total balance of the account. This chart becomes wildly inaccurate as you buy and sell stocks. I wish the chart would use the ‘Total in Stake’ as reference and not what you currently have invested; as this doesn’t account for cash balance. This would make tracking your portfolio progress a lot better for us if we buy and sell throughout the years.

Thanks,
Jeff

Dissatisfaction

This app is trash, and here’s why:

1. High trading fees – There’s a minimum $3 fee every time you buy stock, which is steep compared to competitors.
2. Slow withdrawal of sale proceeds – When you sell a stock, you don’t get your money right away. You have to pay extra for instant access. So if you want to quickly sell one stock and buy another, tough luck.
3. Currency conversion costs and delays – Converting money comes with a fee and a clearing period of several days on top of that.

Big Fan

Effortless access to exactly where I want to invest

Lacking actual customer service and withdrawals are slow

Added a transfer on the 29th July, 2-3 days is not the 5th August.
They delay the payment cause I’m withdrawing everything out of the accounts, wanting to make sure the account is correct even though they transferred 40k into that account without question 3 weeks earlier but an extra 200k they want to take 5 days to transfer. They make 1200 out of that transfer so why are they playing the market. Go to Moomoo better app and customer service and costs. They don’t even address the issues you raise with them. But there’s an auto at there signature saying if you have any questions let us know. Yes do better.
Don’t waste your time here if you want to get money out quickly.
