Can’t access purchased course
It only says I’m not part of any community and gives me no navigation options to look for my purchased course
Creators beware!
I chose Stan Store because it claims to support creators. What I experienced felt very different.
A platform issue resulted in a large number of people getting access to my paid course without going through the normal purchase process. That had a direct impact on my income and created a wave of confusion with my customers that I had to manage on my own.
I reached out multiple times asking for clarity and support. While I did receive responses, I never got a clear explanation of what happened or a resolution that reflected the seriousness of the situation or the financial impact.
I understand that things can go wrong on any platform. But when they do, creators need transparency, accountability, and real support.
That wasn’t my experience here.
I hope Stan chooses to take situations like this more seriously moving forward, because creators are trusting this platform with their businesses.

Crashing
I can’t access any of my course. When I click on my purchases, it crashes back to my phones Home Screen.
Nothing special
Works okay like an app should. No fancy features. Its members only so might want to sign up on the website first.
No way to search
You can’t search in the messaging community. So how do you find topics people talked about? Also can’t access purchased in the app.
