Graphs Need Fixing
Nice app to use but the 1m and 3m graphs don’t work properly.

Nothing changes
I wrote a review 4 years ago on here saying this app needs a refresh coz it’s boring and stale and lacks features that some competitors offer. In 4 years nothing has changed …. Nothing…!!! For the fees we pay monthly and the fees we pay per trade, does SBG securities have no money to spend on development? Even the website hasn’t changed for over a decade. These guys have the laziest developers in the industry …..!!

Expensive and unnecessary
Having a standard bank online share trading account is a waste. It’s unnecessarily expensive (R110 a month), they charge you over R100 for every trade, and you can’t easily see a long list of your previous transactions without needing to click multiple times to get the dates right. I’m more a fan of easy equities for my investing needs. I guess this is worth it if you’re an active trader because then the fee is less (I think). They also have a decent educational and analysis resources.

Unacceptable slippage
Cost me a lot of money today - slippage, lag, whatever, unacceptable. Will be looking for other better options. Very very unhappy
Oil and ZAR view
Enjoying the app but cannot see the ZAR against dollar etc and current oil prices on log first dashboard. I think you had it in the past.

Very happy with thé functionality of the website, only negative thing is the feedback from enquiries, which is non existent-asking for feedback regarding in person seminars if it can be re-instated again after covid

Prices not live ,,, U trading on my orders. Front running !!! Orders @ market are blocked ,, can’t trade @ market. Slow inefficient infected system
