Authentication issues
It used to be a good app but every time I open it have issues, the latest is an authentication issue which doesn’t work. Sad that a good app becomes unusable after a big corporate takes it over!!

Only works in South Africa
Despite adding the UK dialling code of +44 SnapScan adds the code of +27 and I have therefore been unable to receive a verification code and cannot make a payment. There is no option to ask for help.
Unhelpful
Used to love Snapscan; now it refuses to let me add a new card and offers zero further info or access to support.
Verification Fail
Not an ideal situation using a third party provider to verify your identity with the DHA. 8 attempts later and they still can’t seem to “verify my identity” and because of this any funds that will be in the wallet can’t be withdrawn. No point in using the app if that was the intended purpose. The fact that a manual verification process is not available is even worse.
