My most frustrating week
I have spent my entire cell phone voice minutes trying to deal with an international travel snafu. The phone system keeps on sending me to the App which cannot solve my problem. I do not wish to use the App for anything. I am not part of the “thumb” generation. I wish to speak to a person or be able to type on a keyboard- anything else just wastes my time. The last time previously I had a conversation with the BOT if told me wrong information and I needed to pay for an FNB service for an extra month. I do not trust what the BOTs tell me - like the LLMs they hallucinate and I’m the person who foots the bill - there is no accountability on the behalf of FNB. I am not a happy customer

Abandoned?
FNB went from having the best banking app, to having the worst one on my phone. Is it written in COBOL? Laggy, awful UI, chat is horrible. Be better.
