App freeze when making payments
Frustratingly every time I now make a payment, the payment goes through and then freezes. Unable to download proof of transaction or go back to affect another payment. Have to resort to screenshots and/or go back into the app to download a proof of payment. Very annoying and wasting valuable time.

Worst bank & banking app on the planet. They keep adding things no-one (like abby) & removing things we actually use
Slow slow slow!
Infuriatingly slow application, especially when using it abroad. Forever watching the loading spinner.

App not working from us store
I’ve not been able to use my banking app for weeks even after reporting telephonically and on x it keeps wanting to do live verification after that it asks me to register the account I’m so frustrated and no one wants to help me
