Worst banking app in the world
Genuinely the worst app I’ve ever used. Always laggy, always slow, terrible features. Hate this app so much.
Slow and outdated
The app feels so outdated and slow, every time you tap on something it has a loading time.
TLS error
New version of app causes issue that comes up with TLS error code . Frustrating
App freeze when making payments
Frustratingly every time I now make a payment, the payment goes through and then freezes. Unable to download proof of transaction or go back to affect another payment. Have to resort to screenshots and/or go back into the app to download a proof of payment. Very annoying and wasting valuable time.
Worst ever
Worst bank & banking app on the planet. They keep adding things no-one (like abby) & removing things we actually use
